Ultrasonic welding
The welding head vibrating at ultrasonic ultra-high frequency under moderate pressure causes the joint surface of two pieces of plastic to generate frictional heat and instantly melt and join. The welding strength is comparable to that of the main body. Using suitable workpieces and reasonable interface design, watertightness can be achieved It is airtight and eliminates the inconvenience caused by using auxiliary products to achieve efficient and clean welding.
There are 3 types of ultrasonic machines, Figure 1: 35K, Figure 2: 15K, Figure 3: 20K.
The higher the ultrasonic frequency, the better the welding accuracy, but the smaller the relative power, the smaller the amplitude.
